AF&T Has Been Appointed Lead Counsel in Utesch v. Lannett Co., et al.

The Honorable Wendy Beetlestone of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has appointed the University of Puerto Rico Retirement System as Lead Plaintiff in Utesch v. Lannett Co., et al.,

Judge Beetlestone found not only that the University of Puerto Rico Retirement System had the largest financial interest (a key factor in the lead plaintiff selection process) but noted that the University of Puerto Rico Retirement System had retained Abraham, Fruchter & Twersky, “counsel highly experienced in prosecuting securities class actions vigorously and efficiently[.]”
